1、搬運(yùn)硬度計(jì)時(shí)必須卸下砝碼和壓頭，并在壓頭座與樣品臺(tái)之間夾防震膠墊;長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸應(yīng)恢復(fù)原有包裝。

2、任何調(diào)試和檢查，如裝卸砝碼、取下上蓋、拔插電纜、打開側(cè)門檢查時(shí)，應(yīng)切斷電源。

3、禁止在壓頭與被測(cè)試樣接觸的狀態(tài)下，切換試驗(yàn)力。

4、裝卸壓頭應(yīng)認(rèn)真仔細(xì)，保證尖端無損傷、無污染，安裝面清潔無異物。長(zhǎng)期不用應(yīng)卸下妥善保存，注意防銹。

5、樣品臺(tái)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬度塊表面應(yīng)清潔無污染，無劃痕、擦、碰傷保存時(shí)涂防銹油防銹。

6、測(cè)試時(shí)被測(cè)樣品必須平穩(wěn)放置，支承可靠，確保在測(cè)試過程中無任何位移、變形。

7、日常工作環(huán)境及關(guān)機(jī)后應(yīng)注意防塵、防腐蝕介質(zhì)。在一些較潮濕的地區(qū)，應(yīng)經(jīng)常注意防銹。

8、樣品臺(tái)升降絲杠應(yīng)定期潤(rùn)滑。具體方法為:取下樣品臺(tái)及保護(hù)環(huán)，松開絲杠護(hù)套，向絲杠上注入數(shù)滴輕質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑油，然后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，反復(fù)升降絲杠，使?jié)櫥头植季鶆?。最后重新裝好護(hù)套等物。注意潤(rùn)滑油不宜注入過多。

7, daily work environment and shutdown should pay attention to dustproof, anti-corrosion medium.  In some humid areas, frequent attention should be paid to rust prevention.  

8, sample table lifting screw should be regularly lubricated.  The specific method is: take off the sample table and the protection ring, loosen the screw sheath, inject several drops of light lubricating oil into the lead screw, and then turn the handwheel, repeatedly lift the lead screw, so that the lubricating oil distribution is uniform.  Finally reinstall the sheath and other things.  Note that lubricating oil should not be injected too much.
