影像測(cè)量?jī)x作為一種精密測(cè)量?jī)x器,如果維護(hù)及保養(yǎng)不及時(shí),就能縮短機(jī)器的使用壽命,反之則不僅能之延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,而且能使精度得到保障,降低故障率。
精密儀器的保養(yǎng)方法如下:
一、日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)(1)開機(jī)前的準(zhǔn)備
a影像測(cè)量?jī)x對(duì)環(huán)境要求比較嚴(yán)格,應(yīng)按要求嚴(yán)格控制環(huán)境溫度(20℃士2℃)及濕度(30~80%)-
b影像測(cè)量?jī)x的導(dǎo)軌精度很高,如果導(dǎo)軌上面有灰塵或其他雜質(zhì),就容易造成導(dǎo)軌劃傷。金屬導(dǎo)軌可用航空汽油擦拭((120或180號(hào)汽油),花崗石導(dǎo)軌用無(wú)水乙醇擦拭。
c在保養(yǎng)過(guò)程中不能給任何導(dǎo)軌上任何性質(zhì)的油脂。d定期給光桿,絲桿或磁條等傳動(dòng)部件上少量防銹油。
e長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未使用影像測(cè)量?jī)x,在開機(jī)前應(yīng)做好準(zhǔn)備工作:控制室內(nèi)的溫度和和濕度(24小時(shí)以上),檢查電源等部件是否正常。
f開機(jī)前檢查電源,如有條件應(yīng)配置穩(wěn)壓電源,定期檢查接地。
(2)測(cè)量過(guò)程的準(zhǔn)備
a被測(cè)工件在放到工作臺(tái)上檢測(cè)之前,應(yīng)先清洗去毛刺,防止在加工完成后工件表面殘留的冷卻液及加工殘留物影像測(cè)量?jī)x的測(cè)量精度及使用壽命。
b被測(cè)工件在測(cè)量之前應(yīng)在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行恒溫,如果溫度相差過(guò)大會(huì)影響測(cè)量精度。
c大型及重型工件在放置到工作臺(tái)上的過(guò)程中應(yīng)輕放,以避免造成劇烈碰撞,致使工作臺(tái)或工件損傷。
d小型及輕型工件放到工作臺(tái)后,應(yīng)夾裝牢固后再進(jìn)行測(cè)量,否則會(huì)影
響測(cè)量精度。
e在工作中移動(dòng)Z軸時(shí),應(yīng)注意讓鏡頭在移動(dòng)過(guò)程中遠(yuǎn)離工件,以避免
碰撞。
(3)測(cè)量結(jié)束后
a測(cè)量結(jié)束后要清潔工作臺(tái)面。b檢查導(dǎo)軌,防止有雜物,水漬殘留c工作結(jié)束后將機(jī)器總電源等關(guān)閉。
二、長(zhǎng)期維護(hù)
(1)環(huán)境要求
影像測(cè)量?jī)H最好能夠放置在清潔,干凈的場(chǎng)所,對(duì)環(huán)境的要求主要有:
a、光照: 影像測(cè)量?jī)x不能放置強(qiáng)光或太陽(yáng)直射的光照環(huán)境下,否則將會(huì)極大影響測(cè)量精度。
b 、油污:影像測(cè)量?jī)x是精密儀器,其光棚尺,導(dǎo)軌,平臺(tái)玻璃和鏡頭都不能沾染油污,否則會(huì)影響測(cè)量的精度和儀器的操作性能。

c、玻璃類組件玻璃工件應(yīng)保持清潔,不可沾上污垢,否則可能導(dǎo)致成像不清晰,測(cè)量精度下降。
鏡頭:不可用手觸碰鏡頭。如果鏡頭表面有手紋或油污,可用長(zhǎng)纖維脫脂棉球或?qū)S玫溺R頭紙,蘸專用的鏡頭清潔劑擦拭,也可用紗布浸濕酒精輕輕擦拭。如果灰塵較多,則用吹氣球吹掉,或?qū)S玫臍怏w清潔劑,鏡頭毛刷,不可嘴吹。
測(cè)量平臺(tái)玻璃:放置測(cè)量工件時(shí)容易劃傷玻璃面,需要特別注意若沾上油垢或灰塵用軟布擦拭。

(1) Environmental requirements

(2) Component maintenance requirements
