影像測量儀作為一種精密測量儀器,如果維護(hù)及保養(yǎng)不及時,就能縮短機器的使用壽命,反之則不僅能之延長使用壽命,而且能使精度得到保障,降低故障率。

精密儀器的保養(yǎng)方法如下:
一、日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)
(1) 開機前的準(zhǔn)備
a、影像測量儀對環(huán)境要求比較嚴(yán)格,應(yīng)按要求嚴(yán)格控制環(huán)境溫度(20℃士2℃)及濕度(30~80%).
b、影像測量儀的導(dǎo)軌精度很高,如果導(dǎo)軌上面有灰塵或其他雜質(zhì),就容易造成導(dǎo)軌劃傷。金屬導(dǎo)軌可用航空汽油擦拭(120或180號汽油),花崗石導(dǎo)軌用無水乙醇擦拭。
c、在保養(yǎng)過程中不能給任何導(dǎo)軌上任何性質(zhì)的油脂。
d、定期給光桿,絲桿或磁條等傳動部件上少量防銹油。
e、長時間未使用影像測量儀,在開機前應(yīng)做好準(zhǔn)備工作:控制室內(nèi)的溫度和和濕度(24小時以上),檢查電源等部件是否正常。
f、開機前檢查電源,如有條件應(yīng)配置穩(wěn)壓電源,定期檢查接地。
(2) 測量過程的準(zhǔn)備
a、被測工件在放到工作臺上檢測之前,應(yīng)先清洗去毛刺,防止在加工完成后工件表面殘留的冷卻液及加工殘留物影像測量儀的測量精度及使用壽命。
b、被測工件在測量之前應(yīng)在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行恒溫,如果溫度相差過大會影響測量精度。
c、大型及重型工件在放置到工作臺上的過程中應(yīng)輕放,以避免造成劇烈碰撞,致使工作臺或工件損傷。
d、小型及輕型工件放到工作臺后,應(yīng)夾裝牢固后再進(jìn)行測量,否則會影響測量精度。
e、在工作中移動Z軸時,應(yīng)注意讓鏡頭在移動過程中遠(yuǎn)離工件,以避免碰撞。
(3) 測量結(jié)束后
a、測量結(jié)束后要清潔工作臺面。
b、檢查導(dǎo)軌,防止有雜物,水漬殘留
c、工作結(jié)束后將機器總電源等關(guān)閉。
二、長期維護(hù)
1、環(huán)境要求
影像測量儀最好能放在清潔,于凈的場所,對環(huán)境的要求主要有:
a、光照:影像測量儀不能放置強光或太陽直射的光照環(huán)境下,否則將會極大影響測量精度。
b、油污: 影像測量儀是精密儀器,其光柵尺,導(dǎo)軌,平臺玻璃和鏡頭都不能沾染油污,否則會影響測量的精度和儀器的操作性能.
c、避振:如果影像測量儀受到額外的環(huán)境振動,測盤的精度將會變低.當(dāng)頻率小于10Hz ,周圍振動的振幅不應(yīng)該超過2um(峰~峰差值);當(dāng)頰率在10Hz到 50Hz之.間,則加速度不應(yīng)該超過.0.4Gal.如果振動超過這些限制,應(yīng)該采用防振措施(如安裝振動阻尼器)
d、無塵:影響測盤儀各部件必須保證無灰塵。需定期清潔。
e、溫度:環(huán)境溫度保持在20℃士1℃。時的精度。
f、濕度:濕度對測量精度沒有不利的影響,不過高濕度會使重要的-機械表面生銹,阻礙平滑的軸向移動。困此建議環(huán)境濕度保持在30℃至m80℃之間.
g、電源:220V50Hz 10A
(2) 部件維護(hù)要求
a、測量平臺:在裝卸工件時要特別小心玻璃平臺。測量平臺上不可放置過重的測量工件。當(dāng)測量平臺附著水氣及油霧層時,請使用清潔劑清除污垢.
b、機身外殼:一機身外殼遭近染時,用軟布擦拭干凈。機身外殼的的污染并不會影響測量精度,但污染可能擴散至線性滑軌或平臺等對測量精度有影響的機身其他部分
c、玻璃類組件,玻璃工件應(yīng)保持清潔,不可沾上污垢,否則可能導(dǎo)致成像不清晰,測量精度下降。
鏡頭:不可用手觸碰鏡頭。如果鏡頭表面有手紋或油污,可用長:纖維脫脂棉球或?qū)S玫溺R頭紙,蘸專用的鏡頭清潔劑擦拭,也可用紗布浸濕酒精輕輕擦拭。如果灰塵較多,則用吹氣球吹掉,或?qū)S玫臍怏w清潔劑,鏡頭毛刷,不可嘴吹。
測量平臺玻璃:放置測量工件時容易劃傷玻璃面,需要特別注意若沾上油垢或灰塵用軟布擦拭。

(2) Preparation of the measurement process
A. Before the workpiece is placed on the workbench for testing, it should be cleaned and deburred to prevent the coolant remaining on the workpiece surface after processing and the measuring accuracy and service life of the image measuring instrument for processing residue.
B. The workpiece to be measured should be kept at a constant temperature in the room before measurement. If the temperature difference is too large, the measurement accuracy will be affected.
C. Large and heavy workpieces should be placed gently in the process of the worktable, in order to avoid violent collision, resulting in damage to the worktable or workpiece.
D. After small and light workpiece is placed on the workbench, it should be clamped firmly before measurement, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be affected.
E. When moving the Z-axis at work, pay attention to keeping the lens away from the workpiece in the process of moving to avoid collision.
(3) After the measurement
A, after the measurement to clean the work table.

Two, long-term maintenance
1. Environmental requirements
It is best to put the image measuring instrument in a clean and clean place. The main requirements for the environment are:
A. Illumination: The image measuring instrument should not be placed under the illumination environment of strong light or direct sunlight, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be greatly affected.
B, oil: the image measuring instrument is a precision instrument, its grating ruler, guide rail, platform glass and lens can not be contaminated with oil, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy and the operating performance of the instrument.
C, vibration avoidance: if the image measuring instrument is subjected to additional environmental vibration, the accuracy of the measuring panel will be reduced. When the frequency is less than 10Hz, the amplitude of the surrounding vibration should not exceed 2um(peak to peak difference); When the buccal rate is between 10Hz and 50Hz. If the vibration exceeds these limits, anti-vibration measures (e.g., installation of vibration dampers) should be used.
D. Dust-free: all parts of the measuring panel must be dust-free. Clean regularly.
E. Temperature: the ambient temperature shall be kept at 20℃ and 1℃. The accuracy of time.
F, humidity: humidity has no adverse effect on the measurement accuracy, but high humidity will make the important - mechanical surface rust, hinder smooth axial movement. It is recommended that the ambient humidity be kept between 30℃ and M80 ℃.

(2) Component maintenance requirements
A. Measuring platform: pay special attention to glass platform when loading and unloading work parts. Heavy measuring workpiece shall not be placed on the measuring platform. When the measuring platform is attached to water vapor and oil mist, please use detergent to remove dirt.
B. Fuselage shell: If the fuselage shell is nearly dyed, wipe it clean with a soft cloth. Contamination of the fuselage shell does not affect the measurement accuracy, but contamination may spread to other parts of the fuselage, such as linear rails or platforms, which can affect the measurement accuracy
C. Glass components and glass workpieces should be kept clean and not stained with dirt, otherwise it may lead to unclear imaging and decreased measurement accuracy.
Lens: Do not touch the lens with your hands. If the lens surface has hand lines or oil stains, you can use long: fiber absorbent cotton ball or special lens paper, dip in special lens cleaner to wipe, can also use gauze soaked alcohol gently wipe. If the dust is more, blow off with balloon, or special gas cleaner, lens brush, not mouth blowing.
Measuring platform glass: it is easy to scratch the glass surface when placing the measuring workpiece, so wipe it with a soft cloth if it is stained with oil or dust.
